wéi, nǐ hǎo, míng tiān zǎo shang nǐ yǒu kòng ma? wǒ xiǎng yuē nǐ qù gōng yuán zuò yú jiā.
Hello, do you have time tomorrow morning? I want to invite you to do yoga at the park.

做瑜伽？听起来不错，不过我从来没做过耶。
zuò yú jiā? tīng qǐ lái bú cuò, bú guò wǒ cóng lái méi zuò guò yē.
Yoga? That sounds great, but I've never done it before.

没关系，这是初级班，教练会从最基础的动作教起。
méi guān xi, zhè shì chū jí bān, jiào liàn huì cóng zuì jī chǔ de dòng zuò jiào qǐ.
It's okay, this is a beginner class, and the coach will start teaching from the most basic movements.

That's great. What time does it start?

早上七点半开始，我们最好七点二十就到，先热热身。
zǎo shang qī diǎn bàn kāi shǐ, wǒ men zuì hǎo qī diǎn èr shí jiù dào, xiān rè re shēn.
It starts at seven-thirty in the morning; we'd better arrive by seven-twenty to warm up a bit first.

行，在哪个公园啊？我怕找不到。
xíng, zài nǎ ge gōng yuán a? wǒ pà zhǎo bú dào.
Okay. Which park is it at? I'm afraid I won't be able to find the place.

就在市中心的中央公园，从南门进去，湖边那片草地上就是。
jiù zài shì zhōng xīn de zhōng yāng gōng yuán, cóng nán mén jìn qù, hú biān nà piàn cǎo dì shàng jiù shì.
It's at Central Park downtown; go in through the south gate, and it's on that patch of grass by the lake.

明白了。那我该穿什么去呀？
míng bái le. nà wǒ gāi chuān shén me qù ya?
Got it. So what should I wear to go?

穿一身宽松的运动服就行，最好再带双防滑袜子。
chuān yì shēn kuān sōng de yùn dòng fú jiù xíng, zuì hǎo zài dài shuāng fáng huá wà zi.
Just wear a set of loose sportswear; it'd be best to also bring a pair of non-slip socks.

瑜伽垫要不要自己带啊？
yú jiā diàn yào bú yào zì jǐ dài a?
Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?

不用，垫子教练都准备好了，你空着手来就行。
bú yòng, diàn zi jiào liàn dōu zhǔn bèi hǎo le, nǐ kōng zhe shǒu lái jiù xíng.
No need—the coach has the mats all ready; you can just come empty-handed.
