Should We Turn On the Heater?

Two roommates disagree about turning on the heater one cold evening. One feels cold, the other worries about the electricity bill.

My hands are all freezing cold.

可是暖气很费电。

But the heater uses a lot of electricity.

Then how about you put on an extra layer?

I'm not cold, but you are.
