Yeah, the company agreed to let me work remotely three days a week.

That's great, then you won't have to squeeze onto the subway to commute every day.

Yeah, just on commuting alone I can save almost two hours a day.

I want to get up a bit earlier in the morning to exercise, and then make myself a proper breakfast.

That's indeed an issue, so I plan to set aside a dedicated room to use as an office.
