You can, but a built-in mic has so-so sound quality, and the audio sounds a bit muffled.

先用软件把录音简单剪辑一下，导出成音频文件，再上传到播客平台就行了。

First use software to do a quick edit of the recording, export it as an audio file, then upload it to a podcast platform and you're done.
