How high is it? What kind of problems are the main ones?

差不多百分之八，大部分是外壳上有划痕，还有一些尺寸不达标。
Chàbùduō bǎi fēn zhī bā, dà bùfèn shì wàiké shàng yǒu huáhén, hái yǒu yìxiē chǐcùn bù dábiāo.
About eight percent. Most of them have scratches on the casing, and some don't meet the size standard.

Huáhén de wèntí wǒ cāi dào le, kěnéng shì chuánsòngdài shàng de dìngwèi jiā sōng le.
I had a feeling about the scratches. It's probably that the positioning clamp on the conveyor belt has come loose.

我怀疑是模具磨损了，因为出问题的都集中在同一台机器上。
Wǒ huáiyí shì mújù mósǔn le, yīnwèi chū wèntí de dōu jízhōng zài tóng yì tái jīqì shàng.
I suspect the mold is worn out, because the problem ones are all concentrated on the same machine.

你这么一说就说得通了。那台机器用了挺久，也确实该换模具了。
Nǐ zhème yì shuō jiù shuō de tōng le. Nà tái jīqì yòng le tǐng jiǔ, yě quèshí gāi huàn mújù le.
Now that you put it that way, it makes sense. That machine has been used for quite a while, so it really is time to change the mold.

那这批不合格的产品怎么处理？能返工还是只能报废？
Nà zhè pī bù hégé de chǎnpǐn zěnme chǔlǐ? Néng fǎngōng háishì zhǐ néng bàofèi?
So how do we handle this batch of defective products? Can they be reworked, or can they only be scrapped?

有划痕的可以重新打磨返工，尺寸超差的就只能报废了。
Yǒu huáhén de kěyǐ chóngxīn dǎmó fǎngōng, chǐcùn chāochā de jiù zhǐ néng bàofèi le.
The ones with scratches can be reworked by polishing them again, but the ones out of size tolerance can only be scrapped.
