xuézhǎng, wǒ xià gè yuè jiù yào gāokǎo le, kěshì wǒ xiànzài tèbié jǐnzhāng, zěnme bàn a?
Senior, I'm taking the university entrance exam next month, but right now I'm really nervous. What should I do?
W
bié dānxīn, jǐnzhāng hěn zhèngcháng, wǒ qùnián kǎoshì zhīqián yě shì zhèyàng.
Don't worry, it's normal to be nervous. I was the same way before my exam last year.
L
zhēn de ma? nà nǐ dāngshí shì zěnme fùxí de?
Really? So how did you review back then?
W
wǒ xiān gěi zìjǐ dìng le yí gè fùxí jìhuà, ránhòu měitiān zhào zhe jìhuà zǒu.
First I made myself a review plan, then I followed the plan every day.
L
kěshì kēmù nàme duō, wǒ dōu bù zhīdào yīnggāi xiān fùxí nǎ yì kē.
But there are so many subjects, I don't even know which one to review first.
W
nǐ kěyǐ cóng zuì bóruò de kēmù kāishǐ, xiān bǎ ruò de bǔ shànglái.
You can start with your weakest subjects, and first bring the weak areas up.
L
So if I get tired while reviewing, what should I do?
W
lèi le jiù yídìng yào xiūxi, chūqù zǒuzou, tīngting yīnyuè dōu xíng.
When you're tired you must rest—going out for a walk or listening to some music both work.
L
wǒ míngbái le. nà kǎoshì qián yì tiān wǎnshang, wǒ yào zhùyì xiē shénme?
I understand. So the night before the exam, what should I pay attention to?
W
qiānwàn bié áoyè fùxí, zǎodiǎn shuì, bǎ wénjù hé zhǔnkǎozhèng tíqián zhǔnbèi hǎo.
Whatever you do, don't stay up late reviewing—sleep early, and prepare your stationery and exam admission ticket in advance.
L
tài xièxie nǐ le, xuézhǎng! tīng nǐ zhème yì shuō, wǒ gǎnjué méi nàme jǐnzhāng le.
Thank you so much, senior! Hearing you put it that way, I feel a lot less nervous now.
W
bú kèqi, zhǐyào nǐ tātāshíshí de zhǔnbèi, kěndìng méi wèntí, jiāyóu!
You're welcome. As long as you prepare steadily and thoroughly, you'll definitely be fine. You've got this!
