First open the meeting software, then click 'New Meeting' in the top right corner.

Zài shèzhì lǐ xuǎn "tíqián shíwǔ fēnzhōng tíxǐng", zhèyàng jiù bù huì wàng le.
In the settings, choose 'remind fifteen minutes ahead', that way you won't forget.

Great. And after the meeting starts, how do I show everyone my slides?

点屏幕下方的“共享屏幕”，然后选你要分享的那个窗口。
Diǎn píngmù xiàfāng de "gòngxiǎng píngmù", ránhòu xuǎn nǐ yào fēnxiǎng de nàge chuāngkǒu.
Click 'Share Screen' at the bottom of the screen, then select the window you want to share.
